There are a number of ways in which you can support your child’s progress at school, from understanding our curriculum, helping them with their homework and encouraging them to learn at home.
In addition to the guidance on this page, this section includes a variety of information and resources for supporting your child’s learning through their foundation years, KS1 years and their KS2 years.
If you have any further questions about how you can support your child’s learning at home, please ask their class teacher.
National curriculum testing information
The Standards and Testing Agency have produced an information booklet to explain how the new national tests will help to assess your child and to give you information about how this will be used. Download the national curriculum tests information booklet (PDF 2mb).
